IntelliAM AI plc announced that a subsidiary company has been named as a Lighthouse for AI and given a Digital Innovation Fund Lighthouse Funding Award of c.£263,000 approved for a research project to be completed during the Company's current financial year. The grant for research into the application of AI in lubrication analysis is made by The Smart Manufacturing Data Hub which is funded by Innovate UK. This project will impact the Company on three fronts, namely improved internal productivity, new machine learning access to SMEs and a commercial product to increase sales. Read more…
Incanthera plc announced that the second production order for 250,000 units has been confirmed as the next step in the commercial deal with Marionnaud AG, part of the Watsons Group. The second production order, scheduled for delivery in the current financial year (ending 31 March 2025), brings total placed orders to over 350,000 units of its products with Frike Cosmetics in Switzerland for supply to Marionnaud and other members of the AS Watson Group, supporting management's projected revenues for this year to exceed £10 million and for Incanthera to achieve profitability. Marula Mining PLC announced that through its wholly owned South African subsidiary, Muchai Mining South Africa Proprietary Limited, it has signed a binding term sheet with South African mining company Mansena Cobalt Proprietary Limited to acquire a 51% shareholding in Mansena Kruisrivier Cobalt Proprietary Limited. MKC is the registered holder of Prospecting Right which extends over 2,340.90 hectares of the Kruisrivier 74 JC Farm located in the Elias Motsoaledi District of Limpopo Province in South Africa and which includes the historical Kruisrivier Cobalt Mine. Shortwave Life Sciences PLC announced that its PCT application entitled: "A Mucoadhesive Film Comprising a Pharmaceutically Active Agent And Uses Thereof" has received a positive report from the PCT examining authority acknowledging all of its claims as novel, non-obvious and industrially applicable. The Company says it can now begin to utilise its buccal film delivery platform in administering additional drug combinations including under licensing agreements with future potential partners. Substrate Artificial Intelligence announced that it has raised gross proceeds of €1,500,000 from INDICO INVESTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT, S.L through the issuance of class A shares. This equity investment has been made under the terms of the investment agreement signed in February 2024.
In addition, the Company announced that it has raised gross proceeds of €1,000,000 from UNITED GENERAL LIMITED through the issue Class A Shares. Read more…
