Voyager Life plc announced that M3 Helium Corp., a producer of helium based in Kansas, USA, which the Company has an option to acquire, has received test results showing helium concentrations between 4.82% and 5.1% at its Rost well at Fort Dodge. Read more
Equipmake Holdings PLC announced a trading update for the year ended 31 May 2024. The Company highlighted the £4.1m of new funds raised, a number of significant new client / Tier 1 contract wins, alongside its revenue for the year, which is expected to be approximately £8.1m, an increase of around 60% on the prior year.
Ian Foley, CEO of Equipmake said: "We are very pleased to have delivered a substantial increase in revenue in the year, a 60% increase on the previous year, highlighting both the increased awareness of, and demands for, our pioneering electrification technologies.” Read more
Inqo Investments Limited announced an investment in Flybox Budongo (BSF) Limited as part of its Conservation and Rural Enterprise (CARE) Project in Uganda. Flybox Budongo's parent company, Mana Biosystems Limited, has developed a modular containerised system to produce Black Soldier Fly (BSF) eggs. The Company says BSFs are an environmentally friendly way of converting organic waste into useful material in the form of high protein animal feed. The eggs and seedlings will be sold to waste management companies and farmers who will use the BSF eggs to process organic waste. Read more
Vinanz Limited, announced it has launched a new Bitcoin mining beachhead cluster in Superior, Nebraska, USA. This Nebraska deal is the newest US State for Vinanz, joining recently announced moves into Indiana and Iowa and the Bitcoin miner fleet in Labrador in north-east Canada. The Company says these miners are already online and hashing 1.2 Petahash/second to Vinanz's Luxor pool. Read more
ProBiotix Health Plc announced a trading update for the six months ending 30 June 2024. The Company says it has been a positive first six months of the year and that the execution of its strategy is on track. The unaudited turnover for the period to 30 June 2024 stands at £1,005m. This figure is 82% above that achieved for the same period last year. The gross profit % is expected to be similar to that for the full year to 31 December 2023. The net unaudited loss of £275,000 for the six months to 30 June 2024, is a decrease of 46% on the same period last year.  Read more
SulNOx Group Plc announced the conclusion of an extended shipping evaluation with Caspian Marine Services B.V. Two CMS offshore support vessels were included in a long-term evaluation of the SulNOxEcoTM fuel conditioner in which both vessels demonstrated improvements in fuel consumption. Read more
Substrate Artificial Intelligence, SA announced that revenues grew by c. 256% in the period to 30 June 2024, compared to the same period of the previous year, and are expected to reach €9m (unaudited data). The Group says it expects to report a positive EBITDA for the first time, of €1.7m. Read more
