Majestic Corporation Plc announced a trading update for the period ending 31 December 2024. The Company highlighted that revenue increased by 67% to USD$49m (FY23 USD$29.4m) and volumes of materials containing recyclable precious and non-ferrous metals increased 43.3% to 43,000 tonnes (FY23 30,000 tonnes).

Good Life Plus Plc provided an update on trading for the financial year ended 31 January 2025. Revenue for FY24/25 is expected to exceed £3.7m (HY24/25: £1.7m), subscriber numbers continued to grow and now surpass 40,000. SulNOx Group PLC has secured a further patent in Brazil including both the Berol® 6446 Heavy Sulphur Fuel Oils emulsifiers and SulNOxEco™ Fuel Conditioners which enhance diesel, petrol/gasoline, biofuels, and marine fuels.

Incanthera PLC announced the successful resolution of allegations and provides legal certainty that there has been no of patent infringement in relation to the formulation of its premium skin care range, Skin + Cell. ProBiotix Health plc announced a new long-term partnership agreement with TopHealth, a South Korean consumer products company, focused on promoting health and wellness. The partnership grants TopHealth the rights to sell finished consumer products direct to consumers in South Korea.

Tap Global Group Plc reported its results for the six months ended 31 December 2024, the Company highlighted that revenues increased by 39% to £1.8m (H1 24: £1.3m) and recorded its first positive EBITDA of £324,000 (H1 24 loss: £709,000). Registered users also increased by 29% to 380,000 over the period.
