Franco Gaudenti – CEO: With extensive experience of over 30 years in investment and merchant banking, Franco started his career in Arthur Andersen. Following he joined IFIL-Fiat Group where he served as assistant to the CEO. From 1992 to 1997 he served in the Finance Dept of Banca di Roma (currently UniCredit) as co-head of Merchant Banking Division. In 1998 he joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance and was appointed equity international partner acting as Leader of the Large Clients Group and M&A origination, managing a team of 25 professionals based in Rome and Milan offices. In 2003 he founded EnVent S.p.A., an independent Corporate Finance - M&A firm and in 2014 he founded in London EnVent Capital Markets Limited.

Paolo Verna – Head of ECM: Over 15 years experience in investment banking, Paolo started his career in Arthur Andersen, in the audit of relevant industrial groups operating in the Construction, Transportation and Food & Beverage industries. In 1999 he joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, where he developed a significant experience in M&A and corporate finance activities for relevant industrial players such as Telecom Italia, Finmeccanica, ENI, Ferrovie dello Stato, Fintecna and HP/Compaq Group. In 2003 he co-founded EnVent S.p.A. an independent Corporate Finance and M&A firm and in 2014 co-founded in London EnVent Capital Markets Limited.

Nigel Robinson – Director: Nigel is an experienced investment banker with over 20 years of M&A advisory, IPOs, private placements, restructuring and refinancing transactions globally in several industries. His role at EnVent Capital Markets is to help build out a private placement and cross border M&A business for mid-market Italian corporates. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
