EnVent Capital Markets Ltd. is a specialist firm dedicated to mid-market clients: Equity/Debt Capital Market Adviser and advisory for the internationalisation of companies based in the EU.

The Firm has implemented a business model based on integrated equity/debt capital markets products and services. This consists of Advisory and Corporate Finance services for the EU mid-market (listed companies and companies under IPO process) and advisory and arrangement services for professional and institutional EU investors.

Franco Gaudenti – CEO & founder: With extensive experience in investment and merchant banking, Franco started his career in Arthur Andersen. In 1998 he joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance and was appointed equity international partner acting as Leader of the Large Clients Group and M&A origination, managing a team of 25 professionals based in Rome and Milan offices.

Paolo Verna – Head of ECM & founder: Over 20 years experience in investment banking, Paolo started his career in Arthur Andersen, in the audit of relevant industrial groups operating in the Construction, Transportation and Food & Beverage industries. In 1999 he joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, where he developed a significant experience in M&A and corporate finance activities for relevant industrial players.
