Extension Contract Signed with Children's Day Foundation

Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a leading provider of cutting-edge ride capture technology, is pleased to announce the successful extension of its contract with the Children's Day Foundation Linnanmaki, a company incorporated in Finland, for an additional three years (the "Extension Contract"). The Extension Contract is expected to generate approximately £100,000 in revenue for Visum over the next three years and will automatically terminate unless renewed by mutual written agreement.

The Extension Contract reaffirms Visum's commitment to delivering innovative imaging solutions that enhance the guest experience at Children's Day Foundation's attractions. Under the terms of the extension, Visum Technologies will continue to provide its state-of-the-art ride capture technology on the Tiaga ride, allowing visitors to relive and share their experiences through high-quality digital and print media. This contract builds upon the successful collaboration between the two organisations and highlights the ongoing demand for Visum's advanced imaging solutions.
