Financial and Company Update
TechFinancials Inc. (AQSE: TECH), announces that further to the announcement of 3 November 2025, the Company has still not received the underwritten Placing proceeds of
The Company has been provided with bank balances from Gathoni Muchai Investments Limited ("GMI"), who has unwritten the Placing, that show sufficient funds to cover the Placing. GMI is currently dealing with its bank to allow the transfer to proceed, that requires further paperwork for transfers above
The Company is now hoping to receive the Placing proceeds towards the end of this week or the week commencing 24 November 2025, and a further update will be made shortly.
Regarding the additional funds of
The Board is confident that the underwritten Placing proceeds will be received and is finalising the Sales and Purchase agreement to formalise the Dilotiko Project, as detailed in the AGM Circular of 17 September 2025, pending receipt of the Placing proceeds.
The Company also confirms that until the underwritten Placing completes, both Manish Shavadia and Asseto Collins Odongo, will not be formally appointed to the Board of Directors.
