Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding Company for TIAA Limited (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, announces that Vicky Davies, Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary, will be stepping down from the Board on 31 December 2025 for personal reasons.  

The board is pleased to announce that Sarah Prescott, currently Project Director at TIAA Limited, has been appointed as Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary and will attend and report to the board.

Sarah Prescott is a chartered accountant (FCA) with a degree in Economics and a seasoned finance director with over two decades of financial leadership and governance experience, primarily within the Welsh housing sector. She is actively engaged in sector governance and professional development, currently serving on the Board of Tai Pawb, the Welsh housing equality and diversity charity as Vice Chair. Sarah also chairs the ICAEW Network Board for Wales.
