Board Changes

All Things Considered Group Plc (AQSE: ATC), the independent music company housing talent management, live booking, livestreaming and talent services, today announces the resignation of Shirin Foroutan as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Shirin will leave the role at the end of November 2022.

The Company will announce the appointment of a new Non-Executive in due course.

Shirin Foroutan commented:

"I have been delighted to be a member of the ATC board at this time of transition and growth. I wish everyone at the Group all the best for their future endeavours and I look forward to staying in touch."

Commenting on Shirin's resignation, Adam Driscoll, CEO of ATC said:
