Notice of Annual General Meeting

Supernova Digital Assets (AQSE: SOL), a company specialising in the Solana ecosystem, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') at 3:00 p.m. GMT on 7 May 2024, at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which together with the Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website.

The Company will look to identify investment and business building opportunities in the high growth Solana and crypto currency ecosystem.
