BOARD CHANGES

Good Life Plus Plc (AQSE: GDLF), an innovator in the luxury prize draw and rewards sector, announces the appointment of Peter Shea as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. The Company also announces that John Taylor will step down as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and will remain with the Company in a senior consultancy capacity.

Peter brings extensive board-level experience across both public and private companies. Over his career, he has held multiple Non-Executive roles, including Chairman of Flying Scotsman PLC (Aquis), and independent Non-Executive Directorships at Private & Commercial Finance PLC (AIM), YCO Group PLC (AIM), and Deuxmil Marine PLC (AIM).

With experience in capital markets, investor relations and business strategy, Peter started his career in investment banking and corporate finance, as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, Managing Director at Bear Stearns. He was later co-founder and CEO of Daniel Stewart & Co, an AIM-quoted brokerage and corporate finance firm.

The names of all companies and partnerships of which Peter Shea has been a director or partner at any time in the previous five years are set out below:

Peter Shea was a director of International Commodities and Investments Plc when it was dissolved as a result of a compulsory liquidation on 28 December 2021.

Peter Shea resigned as director of Daniel Stewart & Company PLC on 18 February 2019. It subsequently entered into administration on 28 February 2019 and was dissolved on 2 June 2021.

Peter Shea was a director of Carnivores UK Limited when it was dissolved by way of creditors' voluntary liquidation on 20 April 2010.

Peter Shea was a director of The Blowing Rock Company Limited when it was dissolved by way of creditors' voluntary liquidation on 26 January 2010.

Peter Shea holds no ordinary shares in Good Life.

Save as set out in this announcement, there are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Access Rules for Companies in respect of Peter Shea.
