Hydrogen Future Industries plc (AQSE: HFI), a developer of a proprietary wind-based green hydrogen production system featuring an advanced aerodynamic wind turbine and a high-performance electrolyser, announces that Jonathan Colvile has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Previously Mr Colvile was Vice Chairman at Celsius Resources from 2022-2023; he was employed at Mirabaud Securities Ltd from 2007-2019 as head of mining and natural resources. Prior to this he was employed at Cannacord Genuity form 2000-2007, and James Capel from 1983-1998. Mr Colvile graduated from Bedford College, University of London in 1978 with a BA History and began his career as a stockbroker in Hong Kong in 1979.

Save as set out below, no further information regarding Mr Colvile is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook.

Jonathan Charles Colvile (aged 68) has held the following directorships within the past five years:

Mr Colvile holds 1,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.5 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. In addition, Mr Colvile holds warrants over 500,000 new ordinary shares exercisable at a price of 12 pence per share until 4 October 2026.
