Confirmation of New Chairman
IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT), the software company leveraging the power of AI and machine learning in the manufacturing industry, announced on 2 May 2025 the appointment of Dr Keith Harris to the board as non-executive director and Chairman-elect. Dr Harris has accordingly become non-executive Chairman with effect from today.
As of 1 July 2025, Dr Harris has been awarded options over 64,000 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.5p per share, which vest on the 2nd anniversary of the grant.
