Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM) announces that the Company has successfully completed the subscription to raise
In connection with the Subscription, both James Bannon and Gary Cottle have been issued 2,500,000 warrants each at an exercise price of
Admission
Application will be made for the 12,000,000 Subscription Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market ("Admission"). Dealings are expected to commence on or around 19 November 2025 and the issue is subject only to Admission.
Total voting rights
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 243,204,304 Ordinary Shares of
